Curricular Internship - Infrastructure & Export Financing Central & Eastern Europe - Milan [F/M/D]
The Infrastructure & Export Financing Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) team at UniCredit is part of global Advisory & Financing Solutions platform, specialized in developing and implementing financial solutions with focus on infrastructure and energy projects across CEE region.
This captures from core to digital infrastructure, and from renewables to energy transition finance.
Our primary goal is to serve our clients by providing best-in-class structured financing solutions and profound industry expertise, making UniCredit a leading bank in Europe.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Assist in execution of external (e. g.
pitching, negotiation, documentation) and internal (e. g.
preparation of credit requests and related presentations) processes
- Create and maintain financial models in excel including the development of an appropriate financing structure and sensitivity scenarios
- Conduct financial and market analysis to help guide the team in evaluating and making critical business decisions for UniCredit and our clients
- Identification of deal opportunities (customer, market, industry analysis)
- Liaising with internal stakeholders (Coverage, Sector, Debt capital markets, M&A, etc.
)
- Liaising with external consultants (legal, technical, environmental, insurance, tax, etc.
)
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivation and pro-activeness
- Flexibility to deal with different tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and quantitative skills
- Fluency in English is essential, additional language skills are desirable
- Good knowledge of accounting principle and Corporate and Project Finance
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Mandatory to be a student for the whole period of Internship.
