Infrastructure & Export Financing and Structuring Real Estate Financing are part of the Asset-Based Financing business which covers the entire energy & infrastructure and real estate value-chain. - In particular, Infrastructure & Export Financing team supports our clients with Financing & Debt Advisory tailored solutions across four core sectors: Renewables, Digital & Core Infrastructure, Natural Resources and Transportation & Shipping. We are a leading European team across Italy, Germany and Austria, with solid expertise and proven track record in the industry, characterized by a dynamic workplace and a huge commitment towards common goals. We are looking for new passionate joiners. - Structured Real Estate Financing Italy provides structured tailor-made solutions in favour of UniCredit's real estate clients (Large and Mid Corporate). We are a leading player in the Italian market, with a proven strong expertise and track-record in all the real estate asset classes, with key focus on hospitality, logistic and residential developments in primary locations across the Country.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Gather and sort data to improve team reporting and support management decisions

- Assist in execution of external (e. g. pitching, negotiation, documentation) and internal (e. g. preparation of credit requests and related presentations) processes

- Cooperate with teams based in Munich and Vienna within the context of international cross-border mandates

- Skim through tailored financial models in Excel and assess the adequacy of financing structure

- Conduct financial analysis to help guide the team in evaluating and making critical business decisions for UniCredit and our Clients

- Identification of deal opportunities (customer, market, industry analysis)

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Strong and sensitive analytical skills

- Self-motivated and pro-active

- Flexibility to deal with different tasks simultaneously

- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English

- Good command of Excel and Power Point

- Good knowledge of Italian accounting principles and Corporate Finance matters
