The Advisory NRUI team consists of over 15 professionals based in two main offices, located in Italy and Germany.

The team covers several key sectors, including Energy, Oil & Gas, Airports, and Toll Roads.

While the core focus of the team is on M&A, it is also highly active in Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and Specialized Lending within its core markets (Italy, Germany, Austria, and Central and Eastern Europe), with strong capabilities in both Origination and Execution.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Support the day-to-day activities of the NRUI advisory team

- Conduct financial analysis, benchmarking and research of private and public companies

- Assist in preparation of internal and external materials and pitch books

- Participate in internal business calls and client meetings

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Strong demonstrated commitment and positive attitude

- Knowledge of basic corporate finance theoretical and practical concepts

- Interpersonal communication skills

- Organizational skills

- Basic proficiency on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Ability to comprehend basic financial transactions

- Technical analytical skills and strong attention to detail

- Languages: Fluency in Italian and English; German proficiency (optional)
