Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Curriculum Developer to take our already exceptional pre-primary (Early Years) curriculum to the next level.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind designing, standardizing, and optimizing our program to ensure consistent excellence, no matter where it's implemented.
You will work closely with our academic team and stakeholders to craft a curriculum that fosters growth, builds foundational skills, and empowers young learners for a lifetime of success.
Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Design & Standardization: Review and refine existing curriculum frameworks to ensure they meet international best practices.
Develop clear guidelines, learning outcomes, and assessment tools for each age group.
Innovation & Expansion: Adapt and scale the curriculum for multiple centers, ensuring flexibility without compromising on quality.
Integrate emerging educational technologies and methodologies that enhance experiential learning.
Training & Implementation: Lead teacher training programs and workshops to ensure seamless adoption of curriculum standards.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to educators and administrators.
Quality Assurance & Evaluation: Establish processes to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum through data-driven insights.
Continuously refine and update curriculum content based on feedback and evolving educational trends.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the Preschool Head, educators, and external experts to co-create a dynamic educational environment.
Represent the school at conferences and forums to stay ahead of global best practices.
QualificationsMasters or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in curriculum development for preschool or early years programs.
Proven track record of implementing and scaling educational programs successfully.
In-depth knowledge of play-based, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other international early childhood frameworks.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Passionate about shaping the future of early childhood education and driving innovative change.
