Minimum Requirements:Must have knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above, including the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade. Ability to keep the assigned work area neat and clean. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing. Skill and Knowledge:Ability to follow instructions and read signs. Basic knowledge of common cleaning solvents, cleaning tools, and equipment. Knowledge of the proper uses of a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions, and ability to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces. Ability to troubleshoot, make adjustments, and perform minor repair and maintenance of equipment. Qualifying experience must be clearly described in resume.
