ResponsibilitiesSGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S. p. A. , one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance.

Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S. p. A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients.

Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).

Mission: You will perform daily activities regarding Corporate Actions for Companies and public issuers and management of clients' cash and securities accounts to settle events.

Tasks and responsibilities: Collection of Custodians information and study phase of the event Preparation of a detailed information for clients Process events in our IT system to inform the beneficial holders of the details of the events, allow the order collection and manage the proceed in the Clients' account Support Client's requests and complains by providing solutions and answers Profile requiredStudies & experience: Bachelor's degree Economics/Social studies Prior experience in Financial Industry would be an asset Language skills: Italian – C2 English – B2 Technical, operational & Soft skills: Office Microsoft 365 Empowerment and Accountability Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Result orientation Collective Mindset Cooperation Team Spirit Job not submitted to MIFID II Why join usIn a highly competitive and fragmented financial market, our ambition is to be the reference partner recognized for its service quality and competitiveness, its agile solutions and international network coverage.
