Responsibilities SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S. p. A. , one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S. p. A. ensures daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, and financial intermediaries (brokers, investment companies).

This is a fixed-term position lasting 12 months.

Tasks and responsibilities: Perform daily activities concerning Bond, Covered Warrant & Certificates Income PaymentsPerform the reconciliation of the income payments between custodian and our internal resultsCollect Custodians information concerning Bond, Covered Warrant & Certificates Income PaymentsReconcile preliminary notifications & final confirmations (actual funds received)Process the events in CAD 2. 0 system to inform the beneficial holders about the income details and credit the incomes in clients' accountsSupport Client's requests and complaints, providing solutions and answersProfile required Studies & experience: Bachelor's degree in Economics/Social StudiesAt least 1 year of experience in BankingPreferable: prior experience in Securities ServicesLanguage skills: Italian: C2English: B2Technical, operational & Soft skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft 365Empowerment and AccountabilityOrientation to multiple goalsResults orientationTeam SpiritCollective MindsetWhy join us In a highly competitive and fragmented financial market, our ambition is to be the reference partner recognized for its service quality and competitiveness, its agile solutions, and international network coverage.
