Responsibilities**:

SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated **Italian Bank, SGSS S. p. A**. , one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance.

Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S. p. A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients.

Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).

**Mission**:

You will perform daily activities concerning Shareholders/Bondholders General Meetings and Dividend on Italian Market.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Collect custodians' information concerning Domestic General Meeting and Dividends

- Process the General Meetings in CAD 2. 0 system to inform the clients about the events details

- Collect and manage clients' instructions by sending them to the market

- Process the Dividend in CAD 2. 0 system to inform the clients of the income details and credit the dividends to clients' accounts

- Support Client's requests and complains and provide solutions and answers

**Profile required**:

**Studies & experience**:

- Bachelor's degree Economics/Social studies/Legal/Engineering

- Preferable: prior experience in Financial Industry

**Language skills**:

- Italian - C2

- English - B2

**Technical, operational & Soft skills**:

- Knowledge of the financial industry's principles

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
