Responsibilities**:

SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated **Italian Bank, SGSS S. p. A**. , one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S. p. A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).

This is a fixed-term position lasting 12 months.

**Desired start date**: as soon as possible

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Perform daily activities concerning Bond, Covered Warrant & Certificates Income Payments

- Perform the reconciliation of the income payments between custodian and our internal results

- Collect Custodians information concerning Bond, Covered Warrant & Certificates Income Payments

- Reconciliation of preliminary notifications & final confirmations (actual funds received)

- Process the events in CAD 2. 0 system in order to inform the beneficial holders about the income details and credit the incomes in clients account

- Support Client's requests and complains, providing solutions and answers

**Profile required**:

**Studies & experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Social Studies

- At least 1 year of experience in Banking

- Preferable: prior experience in Securities Services

**Language skills**:

- Italian: C2

- English: B2

**Technical, operational & Soft skills**:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
