In State Street Milan, You can be part of one of Custody Department

What you will be responsible for:

Analyst in Post Trade Settlement and Custody Department is responsible for the correct and timely processing of trades under the supervision of manager.

He/she provides support for any inquiries raised by Italian Local Custody team related settlement activities liaising with: GTP-JV (Global Trade Processing), Counterparties/brokers, Technical support to external brokers for settlement purposes, ABO (Agent Bank Operation).

He/she ensures all Client Instructions are processed.

He/she ensures all pending Instructions are accurately monitored.

Settlement is performed for both SSB custody and External Depos (BNP, Depobank, RBC)

The role will involve a significant amount of contact with internal and external entities (i. e.

brokers) and other groups within State Street.

The Analyst in Custody Department is a main point of contact for all other supporting functions and is responsible for analyzing information, monitoring and resolving queries received from external parties.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

- Good command of English

- Bachelor or Master degree

- Basic understanding of fund administration would be beneficial
