- ** Process & Programs Specialist **EMEA role is to
- **support the
**implementation and adoption** of our Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) in the Peripheral Interventions (PI) division in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa).
**Your Responsibilities will include**:
- **CRM Subject Matter Expert**:Maintains an expert level knowledge of system functionality, configuration, and process to enable Sales & Marketing strategy execution.
Works closely with sales team to communicate system development & new processes, to train and provide first line support to users.
Ensure quality data processes are in place to guarantee accurate qualitative metrics can be used and maintained.
- **Project Management**:Lead divisional sales effectiveness initiatives and design, development, deployment and adoption of the processes, solution & tools.
Supports projects and project work stream activities, working with internal & external cross-functional groups utilizing both Agile and Waterfall project management techniques; may lead multiple project activities simultaneously.
- **Business Analyst / Data to Action Expertise**: Support the generation of Customer insights providing data analytics and reporting.
Work with divisional cluster & country level management to foster data-driven commercial decision making.
Support the internal stakeholder in the development of planning and methods aimed at measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force including the sizing and geographic allocation of the Field Force in the territory.
- **Communication & influencing skills**: Confidence in delivering communication/presentations to variety of stakeholders.
applies appropriate rationale and effective communication skills that will be able to influence key decisions and lead constructive debate on challenging topics at peer level and middle management.
**What we are looking for in you**:
- Degree in Economics, Management, Sciences, Statistics.
- 1+ years professional experience in similar positions of responsibility within sales force effectiveness department.
Previous experience in healthcare industry as a plus.
- Proactive, self-starter and curious attitude.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to overcome obstacles and achieve key outcomes and follow through to get things done and deliver what is promised and to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work well within a diverse team environment.
- Advanced English level, Spanish or French knowledge would be a plus.
- Willing and able to travel when required.
- Knowledge of Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Tableau (preferably).
- Expertise in statistics applied to data analysis (preferably).
