Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Customer & Order Management Intern to join KIKO MILANO's Operations Department in the area of Customer & Order management, analysis and fulfillment.

In particular, you will: Analyze and understand Customer needs (Franchisee, Wholesale, E-Commerce), to build a stronger relationship with them Support the management activities of the Team (New Openings and Order Management) Support order fulfillment reporting Monitor and analyze KPIs Cooperate with sales teams to best manage clients Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc. )
