Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Customer & Order Management Intern to join KIKO MILANO's Operations Department in the area of Customer & Order management, analysis and fulfillment. In particular, you will:Analyze and understand Customer needs (Franchisee, Wholesale, E-Commerce), to build a stronger relationship with themSupport the management activities of the Team (New Openings and Order Management)Support order fulfillment reportingMonitor and analyze KPIsCooperate with sales teams to best manage clientsCoordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc. )
