With over 2000 product items divided over 12 different product groups, you will keep learning and challenge yourself.

**How does your day look like as a Customer & Partner Support Representative?

You start your day with a good cup of (Nespresso) coffee (or tea : )).

After catching up with your colleagues, the first deadline is waiting for you; orders and artwork need to be checked and processed in the system.

Lunchtime!

Time for a nice walk outside; a moment to clear your mind and to stretch your legs.

Working at the Customer Support can be hectic sometimes.

After your lunchbreak, you will be working on your second deadline.

Together with your team, you will need to give some extra power to make it happen!

In the last few hours of your working day you will have contact with clients (online/offline), have questions for the Product Development team about certain products and you try to find solutions with your colleagues at the Supply Chain department.

**What are the qualities and skills we are looking for?

- Fluent in Italian in word and writing

- Good English in word and writing

- A finished education at high school/university level or equivalent

- Strong administrational skills

- Commercial mindset and strong communication skills

- Experience in MS office and ERP systems is a nice to have

- Ability to switch easily and quickly between tasks

- A helicopter view and ability to think two steps ahead

- A team player and able to work independently

- A service-minded approach, committed and detail oriented.
