Customer & Portfolio Lead Global Brands & Women'S
Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer & Portfolio Lead GB&WH: a new role reporting to Italy Commercial Lead Global Brands & Women's Health.
In close partnership with internal commercial roles, cross-functional teams and with other key functions, the Customer & Portfolio Lead GB&WH will:
- contribute to the ongoing growth of the portfolio/brands and to further enhancing strategic and tactical implementation within a lean, hybrid and challenging operating model while leading autonomously different levers to ensure business and patients health
- be primary contact reference for external partners (ie CSO, others)
- create sustainable value, incorporating financial and analytical skills while leading Operating Plan for the whole portfolio
- decisively contribute to transform our GTM model acting as critical change agent leveraging on an ideal portfolio lifecycle to lead acceleration of new capabilities, including digital and multi-channel marketing
- lead without authority, manage and inspire internal and external stakeholders
Customer & Portfolio Lead GB&WH will:
Portfolio Strategy definition
- Provide insights to GB/WH Commercial Lead on strategic portfolio assessment, identifying new business opportunities and proposing resource allocation in an efficient way
- Contribute to the strategy definition for the reference customers at national level according to the priorities shared with Sales and Marketing
- Design and develop innovative and customized solutions for the whole GB&WH portfolio
Internal and external partnerships
- Improve customer value and patient experience by leading strategic partnership with internal and external stakeholders (CSO, Wholesalers, others) to improve customer engagement on specific targets (GPs, Pharmacies, others)
- Design and develop strategic initiatives and projects focused on distribution channel to ensure competitive advantage and improve patients and business results
- Collect useful insights and collaborate with retail pharmacy ecosystem functions expanding the range of services offered to specific customers
- Develop internal and cross-functional relationships with XFT members and other BUs to facilitate teamwork, exchange of information and development of One Pfizer business opportunities
- Collaborate with digital partners and internal solutions center with strong focus on innovation
- Monitor and improve effectiveness of key processes fostering the alignment across teams and the collaboration with key internal stakeholders (PGS, Biopharma Ops, Finance, Digital, . . . )
- Define metrics to measure efficacy and productivity of the new GTM model
Financials and scenarios
- Contribute to meet / exceed local revenue targets
- Lead and coordinate Operating Plan process, assumptions and key drivers for the whole GB&WH portfolio
- Coordinate pricing strategies for the entire portfolio, with specific focus on out-of-pocket brands (C class)
- Monitor scenarios and performance for brands and reference customers to have a structured and timely mapping of the real opportunities for collaboration
- Lead strategic GB&WH financial and competitive assessment to supports GB/WH Sales Lead and CBLs in optimizing GTM, customer activities and programs
- Develop financial assessments to evaluate potential business opportunities (launch of new formulations, pricing scenarios, )
Operations and Compliance
- Operationally coordinate Junior marketing resources for brand marketing activities
- Ensure effective governance of planning processes for correct execution and timing, in line with internal policies, compliance and Pfizer values
- Implement centrally defined projects, respecting the assigned objectives, activities, and timelines
- Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures
- Embed compliance as part of the organizational culture
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree (economics, engineering discipline preferred)
- Knowledge of the health system and legislation
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in networking and building relationship
- Customer focus and innovation mindset
- Demonstrated ability to lead and partner externally and across BU/functions, local and above country
- Strong results orientation, ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Strong business acumen and financial/analytical capabilities
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Strength in managing multiple projects and/or programs
- Ability to influence across stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Good English language knowledge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a similar position or in international environment
- Marketing experience across different therapeutic areas
- Previous experience in retail business is a plus
