Customer Account Manager
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER
Plans prepare and manage the economic strategical bid discussion with the final aim to keep the profit margin and to reach the fixed sales goals.
Work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive supplier's experience.
**_ Place of work: Collegno (TO)_
**_Key Responsibilities and Duties:_
- Develop positive relationships with clients, build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
- Is able to negotiate and re-negotiate in a proper way.
- Act as the point of contact and is responsible for Customer management for Sales and after sales daily issue
- Attend meetings with clients.
- Working closely with PM and BUM and liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Contribute with PM to Direct the flow of information from clients to correct departments/person in charge.
- Suppoprt PM monitoring product margin trend and management of corrective action
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Keep record of sales trends (BI).
- Liaise with internal technical department to develop specific sales strategies.
- Is reponsible for economical offer management, schedule and monitoring (tooling, prototype, R&D, rework, extra cost, obsolet) according to Technical analysis planning and according to general plan defined by PM
- Is responsible for offer, discussion and economical agreement (tooling, prototype, R&D, rework, extra cost, obsolet)
- Develop Budget proposal in term of volume/mix/TO to be duscussed and approved with Business Unit Manager
- Support PM in rework activities management and monitoring from economical point of view.
- Monitoring pricing list, receivable according to previous economical agreement
- Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Suggest sales process/services improvements.
- Alerting the sale manager to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Letting customers know about other products/services the company offers.

Basic Qualifications:_
- Engineering/Economic Master/Bachelor degree
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Technical specific knowledge in the wire harness business or electric/electronic business
- Financial knowledge
- Knowledge of the specific sales process flow and tools
**_ Preferred Qualifications:_
- 3+ years of seniority in same or similar positions
- Fluent English
- Able to work effectively in a global environment.
- Able to work with empathy.
- Able to represent topics internally and externally.
- Excellent communication skills.
(Verbal and Written)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package.
- Knowledge of MS Project.
