HTS is currently seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join its vibrant customer account management team, based at its facility.
About the Role As a Customer Account Manager, you will be joining an established, pro-active and enthusiastic team to ensure that quality, cost and delivery are continually improved on several key customer accounts. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, conducting day-to-day commercial dealings in an appropriate manner. Development of accounts, ensuring to maximise profitable business opportunities. Including developing and executing Account Plans, demonstrating planned growth for relevant accounts. Fiscal management of accounts – reporting on profitability (including analysis of planned vs. actual). Maintain 12-month forecasts for Sales. Oversee on time delivery performance of accounts (including reporting and analysis of planned vs. actual). Manage customer expectations within operational constraints, developing and agreeing operational processes which meet customer needs whilst fully protecting the company's interests. Oversee accurate transfer of customer technical data (including changes) to HTS systems, ensuring all relevant information for manufacture and/or purchasing of materials is made available to relevant operational departments in a timely manner. Manage customer quality issues through use of HTS' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Arrange and attend monthly customer quality meetings, maintaining minutes and monitoring actions. Also attend and support customer audits. To be an active member of multifunctional work teams with accountability for the resolution of commercial queries. Requirements for the Role Previous experience in customer-facing role with a demonstrated history of excellent interpersonal skills. Highly computer-literate with a strong skill set in Microsoft Excel including the use of basic formulas and ability to extract and analyse data within spreadsheets. Ability to plan, organise and manage projects within a pressurised environment. Previous experience within the manufacturing/electronics industry is desirable but not essential.
