Customer Account Specialist - Trainee
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities are:
- Block and unblock customers
- Follow customers payments and overdues. Working closely with credit controlling
- Manage credit and debit note
- Manage customer satisfaction survey
- Support the customer service teams central and eastern Europe with admin tasks
- Support the CS team in emergencies : shipping, lead time, orders etc.
- Support the Check end of the month balance, indicate the amount to finance and resolve any issue
- Any specific relation with big customer account to follow payments
- Contribute to the OTIF and to customer satisfaction
- Manage customer claims when the sales manager in charge of the customer is not able to do it
**Profile/Competencies
**Education, background, level of experience
- Bachelor degree
- Rigorous compliance with procedures and processes
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage workload and priorities
- Agile and flexible, able to do back ups
- Ability to learn quickly and improve continuously
- Team Spirit and collaboration
- Strong customer orientation and business/ commercial sense
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written, communication to customers,
to customer service team, sales and to other departments)
- Tools knowledge is a strong plus : EXCEL - WORD - SAP - Sales force - Google
- Language : English, Italian
