Now Alpinestars is looking for an Accountant, to be included in his Accounting & Reporting Unit, and will ensure the correct and efficient processing and monitoring of incoming payments by verifying and posting receipts, monitor the financial status of open accounts receivables, providing information on credit collection internally, when needed.

**Posizione**:

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

- Processes accounts and incoming payments timely and in compliance with financial policies and procedures, verifying discrepancies and resolving clients' billing issues, managing internal and external parties involved;

- Ensures that all payments are timely processed and accounted, communicating with customers, sales support and debt collectors and involving the legal office if needed;

- Administers receivables and customer payment performances regularly updating the CFO and giving insights to Sales Dept.

on customers' credit rate;

- Computes provision amounts for independent contractor agents (P. IVA);

- Oversees company processes from the financial/receivables standpoint, acting as a partner for all company departments, understanding needs and supporting the sustainability and health of the business.

**Requisiti**:

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in similar role of 2/3 years;

- Good knowledge of SAP;

- Good knowledge of MS Office;

- Bachelor or master's degree is a plus;

- Problem solving, proactive approach, customer orientation;

- Teamworking, good communication skills;

- Fluency in English.
