Purpose of Position: Support the regulatory team in fully resolving the backlog of customer questionnaires for Quality. Assist the team in managing and fulfilling all customer technical requests.
Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities: Assist on technical requests (questionnaires, position statements, etc. ) on assigned portfolio. Provide technical information and assistance to customer service department as necessary to maintain positive customer relations. Requirements: Degree or current student in technical fields such as agronomy, food science, or chemistry. Willingness to perform data entry and administrative tasks. Availability for a temporary position. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). Proximity to Gallarate. High attention to detail and accuracy. Multi-tasking, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn. You are kindly requested to send your resume in English.
