Job Core Responsibilities

- Replenishment and supply of the Abbott Nutritional products for Italian affiliate;

- Monitoring of Back Orders and Potential Back Orders (i. e.

production delays, shipment issues, );

- Monitoring low shelf life and expired product;

- Monitoring products to be relabeled /sticker in order to activate the re-labelling process.

- Coordinate the shipment Complaints submission to Abbott Logistic (ALOG);

- Daily activities with Third Party Warehouse (including monthly check and inventory alignment)

- Coordinate activities with the Quality Assurance to release urgent product and inventory transactions;

- Coordinate the shipment activities of samples/promo material to Sales Force.

Follow the above activities in Compliance with the local procedure and Policies.

**Description of Responsibilities

- Weekly Back Order report sent every Monday from Italy Affiliate to ALOG;

- Creation of the Purchase orders against the document received in Affiliate (i. e.

Invoices; Packing List);

- New Product Introduction (NPI) coordination with ALOG and International Team;

- Complaints coordination with ALOG;

- Daily check of arrivals against demand - ADS / Forecast;

- Coordinate with warehouse: inbound activities, inventory transactions, monthly/annual inventory reconciliation;

- Coordinate Quality Assurance dept.

to assure the products release;

- Creation of shipping documents of samples and promotional material delivered to the Sales Force / customer;

- Handle eCommerce shipments activity with the Order Entry Team

**Knowledge and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in economy or equivalent

- Experience in logistics and supply chain

- Good Knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbal

- Interpersonal skills

- Teamwork

- Initiative

- Stress resistance

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, BPCS, SAP and Business Object software
