Customer Care & Legal Consultant
The Customer Relation Center Legal Specialist handles end-to-end customer inquiries and communications that have a legal and contractual impact, with the goal of reducing litigation and risk exposure.
Also provides support to dealers involved in legal disputes from customers.
**Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a constantly updated archive of disputes with clients of the National Sales Company,
- Interfacing with the Team Leader and legal firms in order to limit the risk exposure of the commissioner;
- Agree with the Team Leader on any implemented deviations from Operating Procedure and/or issues not directly included;
- Submit any improvements to project procedures; In accordance with the escalation process, project and company standard inform the Team Leader about critical customer cases, critical situations that do not allow to perform work.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Law degree will be considered preferred;
- At least 2 years' experience as a call center advisor and litigation management;
- Knowledge of Automotive Sector and Consumer Code;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Result orientation;
- High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
- Language skills: Italian; English
