Our Client is an international and innovative biopharmaceutical company dedicated in rare diseases treatments.

Reporting directly to the Tender and Customer Care Manager for Italy Greece Malta & Cyprus we are looking for a Customer Care & Supply Specialist Italy.

Manager in order to grant Supply Chain activities and Customer Care activities.

More in details:

- Under the supervision of the Customer Success Manager, he/she is the Supply Chain coordinator between local wholesaler, HQ and customers.

- He/she is the contact person for Customers (i. e.

Regions, Hospitals, Local Health Units, etc. )

for Supply Chain and Customer Care.

- Product Supply coordinator (Refill Orders), Returns Handling, Complaints Handing, Scrapping, New Customer setup-local distribution.

- Provide the price list of company products to the Logistic team.

- Customer Service and coordination with DHL order entry team, OTC activities, Receivable monitoring.

- Collect on a regular basis needs and actions to prevent any requests or needs from Customers and coordinate with internal cross-functional team and external logistic support.

- Prepare Reports for Monthly Update Meetings with focus on Supply Chain and Customer Care activities, involving Sales Manager and PM, extended to Finance, Regulatory and Compliance or Legal, when needed - all in order to get good levels of operational excellence.

- In charge of regularly updates to external support for Tender and for Logistics of "Anagráfica Clienti" (Customers Database) (i. e.

creation of new codes; updates of existing ones) and of "Anagráfica Prodotti" (Products Database) (i. e.

creation of new codes; updates of prices).

- Stock reconciliation.

- Sales reconciliation (invoice sales).

- Customer Master data (IFS).

- Stock accounting.

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo

Is required minimum 5 years of experience in Customer role in Pharmaceuticals Industry.

Excellent soft skills, determination and a strong aptitude to develop relationships.

Customer orientation and the ability to collaborate with the different company interlocutors are fundamental.

The fluent level of English is essential.
