Customer Care Agent **WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ITALIAN LANGUAGE SOON

This job will provide you with an opportunity to further your career in a leading company within the test, measurement and data analytics industry.

The job

You will support our customers in Italy.

Together with your colleagues in the Global Customer Care team, you will deal with incoming enquiries in HBK, ensuring high-quality support for our customers.

You will work in close collaboration with colleagues from Sales, Services, Marketing, Operations/Supply Chain and Finance.

Position is based in Milan.

You can also benefit from remote working, some days per week.

Primary responsibilities

Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

Your goal will be to qualify, register, manage or assign enquiries to the relevant departments in the organization.

Your main task is to provide support, both internally and externally, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your daily work includes:

- Sales and service activities:

- Quotations

- Order handling

- Follow-up on quotes and deliveries

- Pro-active phone calls

- Back up for service and support requests, registration, management and administration- General assistance activities:

- Supply information to customers

- Office assistance

- General administrative tasks

- Coordination with other departments and worldwide locations

- Professional qualifications

- IT knowledge is a must and experience with SAP-ERP/CRM (and/or Salesforce is an advantage).

- Personal skills

- Excellent communication skills in Italian, both oral and written.

(fluency in English is a plus)

- Task-oriented, self-motivated, flexible

- Attention to detail

- Proven experience in a customer facing sales or service role

- Driven by customer satisfaction

- Have a robust personality and the ability to multi-task and handle challenging situations

- Team player

- Commercial understanding
