Customer Care Agent
Our Rome-based tour operator is currently seeking to hire new staff members for our Customer Care department.
We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, dedicated, responsible and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of C1 level English proficiency (candidates with lower than C1 level will not be considered), with additional languages being a plus.
Previous experience in the tourism or customer care industry is also highly desirable.
As a member of our Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have an unforgettable experience.
You will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, including answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing recommendations for local attractions and activities.
The days and hours worked may vary depending on the situation or job requirements.
There may be times when the work schedule changes and hours are adjusted accordingly.
It's important to be flexible and adaptable to changes in the work schedule.
