Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
Customer Care Management responsibilities:
- Improve Customer Experience- client-facing approach-
- work with empathy with the customers-
- Tight work with Technical Support Manager to ensure customer satisfaction-
- Provide 'real-time' customer feedback-
- Monitoring the progress of customer cases- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports (hours, ticket costs, etc.
)- Proactively prepare and analyze the Support and Maintenance contracts (SLAs, conditions, etc.
)
Deployment Management responsibilities:
- Manage the team to successfully deploy the projects in accordance with the Project Management indications- Define and support the overall process to make sure the team is aligned with the needs of the Business Unit (from supply chain to final acceptance according to the different milestones)- Develop Customer Care/Deployment procedures, policies, standards- Checklist to make sure installations and deployment go smoothly- Coordinates training as per projects needs- Harmonizing technical capabilities among the team.
