Customer Care Associate (m/f/d) Main responsibilities: Managing commercial relationships with clients Entering orders into the system and checking delivery outcomes Preparing SPOT rates and organic offers Providing advance communication for the organization and coordination of shipments Handling and resolving issues, delays, and discrepancies Collaborating with operational departments and the sales team

Required profile: Experience in the field as an operations or customer care / back-office associate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational abilities Flexibility and problem-solving skills Good time management and ability to work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office Good command of English
