**Job Description**:

You will join Automotive Aftermarket for get insight into customer service and support at operational tasks.

**Main activities**:

- Support Customer Care Manager in his daily activities: reports, benchmark

- You will support front and back office activities with customers

**Qualifications**:

**What distinguishes you?

- ** Education**:Master degree in Management Engineering.

- ** Languages**:Fluency in Italian and English (minimum level B2).

- ** Experience and know-how**:you have skills in project management, a structured approach to your work and a good understanding of processes.

Excellent analytical skilla.

Good skills with Excel and Powerpoint required.

- ** Work style**:Ability to work in team, ability to handle complexity.

- ** Personality**:Enthusiasm is what we're looking for.
