As a member of the Customer Care Management team, she/he will report to Senior Manager Service Operations.
Being responsible of the base business retention she/he will work closely with Sales team to arrange tailor made plan to improve the customer satisfaction.
She/he will be also responsible to improve the Technical and Soft skills of her/his team ensuring the best-in-class support.
Support the Customer Care Vison and Mission to become in creating adding value to customers being perceived as partner to improve the Lab performances.

**In this role, she/he will have the opportunity to**:
- Work with Sales in supporting the base business retention.
- Provide the right support to customers according with the contract specifications and the priority.
- Arrange internal training for engineers.
- Support filed from the admin stand point (installation, daily routine and deinstallation)
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Degree in Technical engineering or Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology)
- Min 5 years' experience in Medical Diagnostics industry leading teams.
- Leadership attitude, able to drive people creating the culture of strategy execution
- Ability to work in team with a strong focus on problem solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours as business needs.
Available to travel 50% of the time.
- Hold a current valid driver's license and good driving record.
