Customer Service Representatives in ITALIAN/SLOVENIAN OR CROATIAN The selected candidates will provide assistance both via phone and through channels (chat and email) along with customer consultancy on issues related to the automotive sector.

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE: Fluent knowledge of Italian and Slovenian or CroatianPrevious experience in customer service (inbound) is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and listening skillsGood knowledge of the Office suite and IT applicationsOperational flexibilityHigh school diplomaWE OFFER: Fixed-term employment contract for two months with possible extensionsWorking hours: Part-time 20 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 with two days of rest per week, on shifts from Monday to Sunday (rotating) within a time frame from 8:00 to 22:00, including holidays.
