Job Description:Randstad Italia Spa is searching for a leading client in the telecommunications sector, we are looking for CUSTOMER CARE INBOUND OPERATORS WITH KNOWLEDGE OF FRENCH (C1/C2) AND ENGLISH (B2).

Working hours: part-time 20 hours per week with a request for overtime up to 20 hours per week, on shifts 5 working days from Monday to Saturday in the time slot from 8:00 to 20:00.

Possibility of smart working.

What we offer: initial fixed-term employment contract.

The applicable contract is a 2nd level of the telecommunications CCNL, work in smart working, initial paid training course.

Hourly wage: 7 - 9€

In particular, the resource will have to:

Support the customer who needs assistance regarding their purchases related to the pet world. Manage requests for refunds, changes to orders, and requests for information related to the services and products offered. Provide timely and precise assistance by offering comprehensive information and anticipating potential questions.
