As a **Customer Care - intern (M/F/d)** you will be managing our customers' queries, giving the right support in each step of the customer experience, from the first log-in to the after-sales needs, and you will collaborate with different teams within the company.

This position is an **internship** and located in **Milan**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO

- support the customers' shopping experience

- manage the customers' queries until they're solved (orders tracking, returns, reimbursements, reorder)

- working hours are distributed on shifts that cover the following: 8:00-20:00, Monday to Saturday (max 40 hours per week)

**YOU COME WITH

- attention to the details and punctuality

- you're a good listener and problem solver

- native Italian level and good knowledge of English
