The Customer Care is operatively responsible for the end consumer experience related to the own brands eCommerce shops and general end consumer Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly manage all eCommerce customer requests through telephone, mail, and other potential channelsAct as first level support for issues and general requests about company, brands and productsEnsure best customer experience in online throughout the whole process (checkout, payment, fulfillment, return and refund). Make scheduled reports, track and monitor customer requests and help to improve the process for an outstanding customer experienceAnalyze customer pain-points, issues and needs, suggesting proactively solutionsGuarantee high quality standards of service towards customers and users at all touch-pointsDrive brand and company values throughout the customer experienceSupport for the administrative area for payments checkYour profile:

Previous experience in eCommerce or online customer support will be considered a plusFluent in German and English.

Italian, Spanish or French will be considerate a plusGood knowledge of PC platforms, Microsoft Office toolsStrong digital knowledge, familiarity with web-based tools, online technologiesKnowledge of Zendesk is considered as a plusStrong Communication skills and outstanding attitude in managing relationship and front-end activitiesAbility to work both in team and independently with little supervisionProblem solving approachPositive and flexible approach in everyday working lifeReliability, organization and attention to detailService orientationPassion for mountain activities, ski touring will be considerate a plusIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!
