Role OverviewAs a Customer Care Representative at Satispay you'll provide assistance and support to our customers, delivering high satisfaction through the effective resolution of their requests, problems or doubts. Your mission:Offer professional, timely support to our customers, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction. Collaborate with multiple teams to tackle complex challenges and deliver top-notch service. Share valuable feedback to improve business processes and enhance products. Meet and exceed performance targets set by the Customer Care team. Your ideal profile:Customer Care experience, previous experience in structured customer care we think can be an important skill to knowing the basics of user management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team spirit. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English is a must.
