Yellowsquare is a growing company with new openings in many of the major Italian cities.

We are looking for an open-minded young mind, able to add some flavour to our Yellow vibe as a **Customer Service Assistant** to manage customer queries, reviews and complaints.

You will also be asked to create, modify, and update reservations, answer reviews and distribute information in between our structures, working always next to a supervisor that will guide you through the different scenarios.

**Requirements**:

- Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;

- Flexibility: working time and hours;

- Excellence in customer service;

- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian

Contract length: 3 - 6 months, Full time 40h

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage

Durata contratto: 3 mesi

Stipendio: €800, 00 - €801, 00 al mese
