HAVI and its people are growing organically and steadily and that is exactly why we are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care Team.
Your next Role: You will be part of the Customer Care Team collaborating with each other to solve issues, find solutions, support our clients and build a strong customer satisfaction.
Your primary accountabilities will be: Efficient order management Providing support in delivery processes Managing and following up on service claims, ensuring timely and effective resolutions Overseeing value-added services Maintaining a seamless flow of inbound and outbound communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded What you'll need: In order to be successful in this role you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Economics and a strong passion for Customer Service 1-2 years in a similar role in moderately structured companies Active listening skills and a customer focus approach Excellent knowledge of CRM and SAP systems and Microsoft Office Suite Good level of English and French Proactive & "can-do" attitude and Problem Solving skills Outstanding Interpersonal Relationship Skills Motivation and passion for the role Strongly developed Teamwork and Empathy We look forward to your application and to have you onboard as our next Customer Care Specialist!
