**Job Description**:
- Using our internal chat, assist and support users' requests by providing technical support
- Be the first contact point between external users and the product team (designers and developers)
- Collecting users' feedback to understand how to improve our customer relationship management
- Analyzing rating competitor games to improve our social presence on the IOS&Android store
- Improving and creating standard processes to guarantee high-level assistance
**Qualifications**:
- At least 6-month experience in a similar role
- Problem solving skills
- Be native of the language in which the game is based (Italian)
- English level: at least B1
- Good communication and writing skills
- Knowing the traditions and rituals of your country
- Good organizational skills
- Autonomy capacity
- Good Computer skills
- Plus: Community management skills
