**Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer support through a variety of channels

- Efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues and questions

- Maintain updated records of customer interactions

- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve technical issues and provide accurate information to customers

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services

- Ensure compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures

**Who Are We Looking For

In practice this means:

- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

- Knowledge of Salesforce platform is preferred
