The mission is to take care of customer satisfaction to favor a long-lasting and sustainable relationship with them, to provide clear and fast information and answers, and to allow sales reps to maximize commercial effectiveness.
What You'll Do:
Guarantee the proper and prompt support for clients. Ensure a correct and quick orders processing. Claim managing. Check clients contracts conditions and progress. Control and cooperate with the sales force for the correct application of sales conditions. Interface with other departments (Trade Marketing, Education, Invoicing, Credit Management, Logistic and Demand Planning departments). Who You Are:
Have strong interpersonal communication competences in order to build strong relations with partners and customers. Have a good knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Have a high level of independence and proactive mindset. Be able to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks. Be a great team-player. Experience of use and in-depth knowledge of the operation of BtoB communication management software. Experience of use of Salesforce.com is a plus.
