Position We are seeking a

Customer Care Specialist to handle and analyze customer support requests via

email, phone, or ticketing systems. You will provide immediate solutions for

common issues, document cases, and delegate complex problems to relevant teams.

Keeping customers updated with clear and friendly communication, and managing

internal processes and improvements are key aspects of the role. You will also

support onboarding new team members and contribute to achieving performance

goals, while upholding company values and strategies.

This position is

exclusively for candidates falling under a protected category according to

L68/99.

You could be the perfect candidate if you have - A

few years of experience in customer care; junior profiles will also be

considered.

- High

school diploma or Bachelor's degree.

- Fluent

in English and Italian.

- Strong

communication and problem-solving skills.

- Quick

technological comprehension and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Ability

to work independently with a keen interest in growing within an international

company.

- High

level of organizational skills, proactivity, and reliability.
