Customer Care Department Supervisor
**Main job responsibilities**:
- Supports the Customer Care Department Supervisor in the management of relations and communications with customers, with particular reference to foreign customers, and in the management of warranty orders, verifying that the problem has been resolved;;
- Operates as first contact for customers who need interventions on installed presses, managing, in accordance with the Customer Care Department Supervisor, requests to the most suitable corporate bodies to quickly identify the causes and solutions according to the type of request or manifested problem;
- Manages the support documentation for the activities under warranty (list of orders under warranty, interventions under warranty, request for materials, intervention order under warranty, etc. )
and reporting to company management;
- Provides operational and linguistic support to the technical staff (Production, Engineering, Quality) involved in managing the customer's request;
- Manages the archiving of technical documentation to and from the customer;
- Solicit orders for specific materials of warranty orders;
- Fill in the forms required by the safety procedures for access to customer establishments;
**Computer knowledges**:
- Knowledge of the Office package;
**Language skills**:
- Knowledge of English and German (a third language is preferable)
**Transversal skills**:
- Preparation for Teamwork;
- Good communication skills and predisposition to contact with the customer;
- Organization and precision;
