Customer Data Base Specialist
This role is managing CV customer databases with a 360° approach and is also responsible for related territory impacts on salesforce. It involves the administration, testing, data collection and correction of the data in the relevant database. The role is also in charge for customer database related analyses, made available accurately and on time.

- Knowledge of most common operating system and office programs (CDM/ERP/Office/CRM/ERP/Cognos)

Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in an administrative role working directly with customers.
- Previous experience with customer data, ERPs and SFDC.
- Experience working in multinational companies, with complex and matrix organisations.
- Essential Functions
- Customer database management:
- Maintain customer database alignment between the system of records for customer set up and maintenance - (CDM from Mar 2023) and the ERP (Oracle from Mar 2023), SFDC and COGNOS to assure ongoing database integrity and up-to-date status.
- Proactively manage contacts with groups and chains to assure database alignment with customer and up-to-date status.
- Assure that adherence to policy for the set up and maintenance of the customer database is maintained at all times.
- Assure that all requests for set up and maintenance have the appropriate level of approval (whether they come from salesforce or directly from the customer).
- From time-to-time conduct a validation of the customer database (through running reports on selected data) to assure that the database will continue to contain 'clean' data.
- Keep related functions (sales, finance, KAM, marketing) aligned on relevant customer data updates and modification (price list/business name etc. ).
- Territory variations: validate and keep up-to-dateall fields related to territories connected to the sales force.
- Supports management with appropriate analysis, reliably and on time.
