Customer Development Manager - North Italy The candidate will have to deal with the regional distributors (FSD) of northern Italy.
Prime Responsibilities Customer Knowledge Relationship Building: Deeply understand the customer's business, strategy, and objectives to align with our goals.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
Partnership Strategic Plan: Lead the creation and management of joint business plans, setting clear goals, metrics, and targets.
Unique Value Proposition Development: Identify and develop compelling value propositions tailored to each partner, leveraging our brand and tools for mutual growth.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Organize and lead multi-functional teams to leverage diverse expertise and insights, fostering a collaborative partnership environment.
Sales Execution: Ensure timely execution of partnership plans, adapt to changes, and continuously seek improvement to achieve partnership goals.
