Milano, MilanoDo you identify as a communicative person Do you like to know more about new technologies and how they can help and combine with the educational world Then this could be the right opportunity for you!As Milano Digital & Technologies branch, we're looking for a Customer Education Manager for an important client, leader in the Industry. Your day-to-day activities will be:

- Management of the informations and the dashboard - Be the Classroom specialist responsible for accelerating usage and adoption of Microsoft Teams for students, faculty, and staff - Support strategic partnership & distribution channel with pitch decks and demos for customer support - Delivery of an expert support and counsel to independent promotional product distributors focused on boosting sales and gross profits - Management of online webinars and seminars to promote all the products and network with industry education contacts along with training the customers - Delivery of pre-sales demos and post-sales training and technical supportto customers on Microsoft 365 for Education - Facilitating penetration of key accounts via strategic planning initiatives.

- Coordination of local Education marketing campaigns:

- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Educational field or in the Humanities

- Great interest in technologies and in learning about new things - Good knowledge of English

- Confidence in the usage of Office tools

- Basic knowledge of the Italian Educational System

- Flexible attitude but also methodical - Great team working skills
