Managing the successful delivery of projects within the Avanade X Business Group and the CX Practice. CX Practice privileges three key elements: Sitecore technologies, Frontend and Headless CMS, Accessibility and Digital Marketing Services.

Skills and experiences

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus

- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or a related role within the Consumer goods, Resources, HP&S and services / Retail industry

- Proven experience managing large-scale system integration projects

- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e. g. , MS Project, JIRA, Trello)

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

What you'll do

- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the industry to ensure successful project delivery

- Collaborate with Sales Accounts to develop business with Industry Clients

- Collaborate deeply with Sitecore's and Frontend / Headless CMS solution architects to create and consolidate a shared delivery methodology in alignment with Avanade's pursuit of excellence

- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication of project goals and objectives

- Ensure projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards

- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders

- Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues

- Promote and implement best practices and Avanade methodologies
