The function
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our mission-driven team.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' satisfaction and loyalty.
Your primary responsibility will be to interact directly with customers, understand their needs, and address their concerns promptly and effectively.
You will work closely with every department's Head to ensure that our products and services exceed customer expectations. Also, you will take care of our social media and general brand awareness relationships.
Your impact
Interact with customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media) to address queries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service (pre and after sales, pre and after installation). Collect and analyze customer feedback on products and services, identifying areas for improvement and sharing insights with relevant departments. Participate in creating and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to communicate customer needs and expectations. Monitor customer service metrics (e. g. , resolution time, customer satisfaction scores) and work towards achieving set targets. Assist in the development and updating of FAQs, how-to guides, and other customer support materials. Train and mentor new team members on best practices in customer service and experience. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities that impact customer experience. Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and use sound judgment. Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A strong customer-focused approach with a passion for improving customer experience. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail. Customer-oriented and ability to work well in a team.
