FreewayCamper is a young startup based in Munich, which has set itself the goal of driving the digitalization of the camping market with the help of a B2B and B2C platform.

Currently we are concentrating on the smart digital rental of a wide range of different campers and additional services via our own rental stations and independent entrepreneurs within the framework of our partner/franchise model.

With our individual and high-end products, the development of a strong brand, a smart digital strategy as well as the development and digitalization of further business areas we will revolutionize the camping market.

For our market entry to France, we are looking for a highly engaged support through a Customer Experience Specialist

Tasks

- Monitoring of Customer Service performance incl.

initiating changes if targets are not met

- Development and optimisation of Customer Service reporting

- Active participation or management of small projects focused on improvements in the Customer Experience area (quality, processes, tools etc.

)

- Developing and implementing initiatives to assure highest quality standards and customer satisfaction

- Supporting Customer Service Team with solving non-standard cases

- Support for Customer Experience Manager in daily tasks

**Requirements**:

- Young professional (recent graduate or 1-3 years of experience) in languages, transport, logistics, tourism, management, economics or similar

- Students in final years with availability min.

30 hours/week can also be considered

- Fluency in English - must have, German, Italian, Polish, French or Spanish is a plus

- Secure handling of MS Office incl.

Excel

- Category B driving license

- Willingness to travel for business if needed (max.

10-15% of working time depending on the season)

**Advanced requirements**:

- Very good analytical skills and great interest in evaluating KPIs and deriving recommendations for action

- Very good organizational skills to successfully keep track of several parallel running projects and deadlines

- Strong ability to work in a team and willingness to work with others, learn from others, get involved and develop yourself

- Sense of responsibility, paying attention to details, being able to think outside the box, high quality standards of work

- Interest in mobility and/or tourism
