Key Responsibilities As an Operations Customer Expert, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat regarding insulin pumps and related accessories. Share in-depth knowledge of products and services to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist users with connecting insulin pumps to smartphone applications and provide troubleshooting support. Address customer inquiries with empathy, focusing on medically critical situations. Guide customers in managing and optimizing their use of insulin pumps for a seamless experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using SAP CRM. Work closely with 2nd Level Support and other teams to resolve escalated issues promptly. Handle complaints, process returns, and uphold high customer satisfaction in line with company policies. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve their overall experience. What Were Looking For Were seeking candidates with a blend of technical expertise and a customer-first attitude. Youre an ideal fit if you have: Native-level proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken). Previous experience in customer service or call center environments. Strong stress management skills to handle sensitive medical scenarios with professionalism. Familiarity with CRM tools (e. g. , SAP) and proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook. A friendly, empathetic communication style and a knack for building rapport. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a problem-solving approach. Compensation & Benefits Training Program Compensation : 92. 80 EUR/week for 20 working days, 8 hours/day. Comprehensive training delivered in English.
