Customer Insight & Analytics Internship (m/f)

Bayer S. p. A. is looking for a Customer Insight & Analytics Intern to support the Business Insight & Advanced Analytics team in data analysis, reporting and visualization to uncover insights, measure the success of marketing strategies and enable data-driven decision making.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create campaign lists and prepare templates for uploads

Extract and prepare KPIs on market, customers, interactions

Support in reporting automation

Prepare analysis according to business requests

Create deck on survey results, business insights, analysis

WHO YOU ARE:

Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related fields

Good analytical skills for data processing and passion to digital innovation and problem solving

Advanced knowledge of MS tools (Excel, Power point)

Good knowledge of Python, Tableau or SQL is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage priorities effectively

Fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue
