Customer Insights Internship (Curricular) - January
Position**:
During this 6-month internship you will support the Customer Intelligence team in analyzing and monitoring all customer data to provide meaningful client insights to drive business strategies and CRM actions.
**Job responsibilities**:
You will learn to understand the customer behavior, providing key insights to all company stakeholders (Regions, C-Levels, etc. ) and will support all the activities focusing on creating customer loyalty and improving the business performances.
You will collaborate with CRM Regional teams as well as Merchandising, Retail and other HQ stakeholders to develop recurrent and ad hoc client analysis spreading client knowledge and client-centric approach.
Particularly, you will be involved in the following activities:
- Cascading CRM strategies and priorities from HQ to local
- Interacting and following-up with CRM Regional teams on CRM performance, client data and monitoring, building a strong cooperation between HQ/Regions
- Executing recurrent as well as ad hoc analysis and reports monitoring regional and WW CRM performance, providing HQ/regional stakeholders with actionable insights to drive actionsTranslate analysis to key messages and represent findings into an effective visual presentation**Profile**:
- Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing or Data analysis field (Statistics, Mathematics, etc. ), possibly with a business background (ex. BS in Business Management);
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to perform analysis, proactivity in data interpretation;
- Fluent English (both spoken and written);
- Problem solving attitude, strong communication skills and attention to details;
- Proficiency in the use of Power BI, Excel, Power Point
